Services
Lead Chef will be responsible for:
Plating of salads
Buffet Style Food Service
Cutting and plating of cake
Lead Server will be responsible for:
Starting 2 hours before dinnertime
Set tables with salt & pepper shakers, water pitchers, creamer/sugar sets, and coffee cup & saucer
Set tables with fork, knife, spoon, linen napkin, water goblet, and champagne flute
During Dinner:
- Serving salads to tables
- Managing the buffet
- Keeping water pitchers filled with water & ice during dinner
After Dinner:
- Pouring coffee at tables with coffee carafes
- Cutting & plating cake
- Clearing plates, silverware, and glassware not being used after dinner
- Rinsing and re-racking dishes for pickup
- Leaving approximately two hours after dinner
