Services
 Crew Leader will be responsible for:
  Set-up of canopy and dance floor
  Installation of lunar and perimeter lighting
  Installation of pole covers
  Set-up of tables and chairs 
  Take-down of all items

 Lead Server will be responsible for:
  Starting 3 to 4 hours before dinnertime
   Placing linens on tables
   Set tables with salt & pepper shakers, water pitchers, creamer/sugar sets, and coffee station
  Set tables with fork, knife, spoon, linen napkin, water goblet
  During Dinner:
   - Serving salads to tables
   - Keeping water pitchers filled with water & ice during dinner
  After Dinner:
   - Serving cake to tables
   - Clearing plates, silverware, and glassware not being used after dinner
   - Rinsing and re-racking dishes for pickup
