Services
Lead Server will be responsible for:
Starting 3 hours before dinnertime
Setting buffet with serving items
Placing linens on tables
Setting tables with salt & pepper shakers
Setting tables with dinner plate, linen napkin, and silverware
Keeping buffet stocked
Taking down buffet station
Clearing plates and silverware
Rinsing and re-racking dishes for pickup
Leaving approximately 1 hour after dinner

For only $7.50 per person, you get:

- Rolls & butter are set on the tables
- Water and ice service is provided to the tables
- A chef to cut your cake for you
- Includes: water goblets, water pitchers, salad plate, salad fork,
bread & butter plate, bread baskets w/ linen, butter knife & plate,
and dressing bowls.
