A-1 Rent All can provide you with everything you need for an outdoor reception. 

Our package prices include the following:

Rentals

 - Large formal white canopy with dance floor 

 - 5’ Round guest tables, head tables, buffet tables, and cake tables                 

 - White plastic folding chairs (White wood chairs are available)

 - Lunar drop lighting (Perimeter lighting available)

 - 40’ of white canopy sides (Windows sides are available)

Services

 - Setup of canopy, lighting, dance floor, tables and chairs

 - Computerized layout showing how items are arranged under canopy
